1. Everbright Lights Inc. agrees at its sole option to replace, or repair, or refund on a prorata basis, for any product shown to have defects in workmanship or defects in material subject to the following conditions:

2. Claims must be addressed to Everbright Lights Inc. within 30days of failure. The warranty is offered and vaild only for initial purchaser.

3. This warranty is null and void and Everbright Lights shall be relieved of all obiligations under this warranty if:

a) Product fails to operate or is damaged as a result of improper wiring or installation, usage of the goods in a manner other than as suggested by Everbright Lights specifications;

b) The usage of Product with an inappropriate electrical system or issues related to the electrical system with which Product is used, including but not limited to under/over voltage/current conditions, faulty or inappropriate transformers, ballasts or fuses, power surges, or usage of the goods outside of the manufacturer’s recommended operating conditions; 

c) Product is operated, installed, in any manner that does not comply with all current applicable electrical standards, codes and requirements;

d) Product is abused;

e) Product is not returned to the place of business of Everbright Lights.

f) Product has been repaired or modified or attempt has been made to repair or to modify the product;

g) Events of force majeure or acts or commissions of third parties or acts of god or generally any cause reasonably beyond the control of Everbright shall relieve Everbright of its obligations hereunder.  In case of any one or more of such events, Everbright shall have the right to delay delivery or, at its option, to cancel this warranty.

4. Everbright Lights shall have the right to inspect or examine goods returned pursuant to the foregoing warranty and to examine the Customer’s electrical system, power supply, controls and components to determine the cause of any failure of the Product and shall have the sole right to determine whether the failure of the Product is covered under this warranty.

THE ABOVE WARRANTY CONTAINED HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTEES AND CONDITIONS (ABOVE AND IMPLIED) AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTEES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABLE QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  EXCEPT AS MAY BE OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN, EVERBRIGHT LIGHTS DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS.  EVERBRIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE CUSTOMER OR OTHERS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE GOODS.  ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSES ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM THIS CONTRACT.
